Over the past year, the Jewish Professional Development Collaborative — bringing together M54, Olami, Aish, and NCSY — has completed the first serious, evidence-based study of what it actually takes to build a sustainable, skilled, and purposeful career in Jewish outreach. InGathering is where that work moves forward: a small, invitation-only gathering of practitioners and stakeholders who will help shape what the field does with these findings next.
What to Expect
Over a day and a half, participants will move through four working sessions:
Making sense of the report's findings together
Examining the forces that have shaped the field and its professionals
Exploring creative approaches to the challenges the research surfaced
Developing concrete next steps for the Collaborative
