GW's Mayberg Center receives $150,000 grant for high-level learning program for Jewish nonprofit leaders

The Covenant Foundation announced a $150,000 grant award to the Mayberg Center for Jewish Education and Leadership at The George Washington University supporting Text and Tradition: A Jewish Study and Values Initiative for Senior Professionals in Jewish Nonprofits.

This new initiative, spearheaded by Dr. Erica Brown, Mayberg Center Director, is a twelve-month blended learning program for senior professionals working in Jewish nonprofits, which will provide high-level learning around Jewish values, rituals, and foundational concepts in order to foster cultural competence and confidence in the Jewish workplace.
